The Betty Lowe Memorial Scholarship Awards

Georgia AAU is proud to announce the establishment of six

$500 scholarships to be awarded each year to six high school graduates to be used for higher education.

2012 Scholarship Awards announced by Stan Lewis, chair of the scholarship committee, at the May 20, 2012 annual meeting.

To nominate an athlete for the 2012 Betty Lowe Memorial Scholarship click the links below.

Nomination must be made by April 20, 2012.

Attention: Remember all clubs and teams, if you receive a bid to any national tournament through a SRT (Super Regional) you will be required to participate in the DQT (state tournament) in order to retain your bid. If you have questions, please call the office at 770-979-1584.

Please contact person listed for more detailed information regarding their tournament.

It is your responsibility to enter all tournaments. Call early and find out what levels of play can be expected at the tournaments that you select. Keep in touch with tournament director to make sure that the tournament will have enough teams in each age group in order to hold the tournament so that you will have time to make another selection if the situation warrants.
